Times
of visits cannot be guaranteed.
Attempts to accommodate will be made when possible.
Medication
I
do not charge extra for medicating. However, if it is a
life threatening condition, and the cat is not good about taking the
meds, you will need to make other arrangements for that particular pet.
I
do not give insulin injections due to the risks involved and scheduling
requirements.
Holidays
A
50% NON
REFUNDABLE
deposit is
required for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years* reservations
in order to hold your dates. Be sure to call as early as possible.
Space is limited. Call early.
An additional $5 will be added to visits on the
following seven holidays:
New
Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Payment
For New Clients
Full
payment is due when the contract is signed at the initial consultation
Any additional fees incurred will be due within five days of your return.
Two
copies of your key(s) will be required at this meeting. Why two keys?
Because poop happens, and it's less expensive and less stressful
this way. I will still need a key even when you give me the code to
your garage in case the electricity goes out or code pad malfunctions.
Payment
For Repeat Clients
Full payment must be left for me to pick up on my first
visit except during holiday times* (see above) where
the balance will be due.
Any additional fees incurred will be due within five days of your return.
Last
Minute New Clients
An
additional $10 will be charged to new clients who call with less than
one week's notice for the initial consult and set up prior to their
departure.
New
Client Cancellations
All but $25 will be refunded if a new client cancels the
contract, except during holiday times (see
above).
